The A.T.V. Spray System - No Longer Available

The 100 litre container has interior twin baffles to minimise any destabilising slosh effect when turning
It rests on the A.T.V carriage rack on a 16mm rubber cushion where it is fastened to the rack by four metal support straps.

The Spray Bar is fastened to the A.T.V. carriage by the support arms attached beneath the container.
  • A Drain cock allows the emptying and storing of unused spray liquid.
  • A clear plastic Indicator pipe will show the level of liquid within the container.
  • The pump can be lifted out of the container for cleaning and storage, by removing the lid.




  • Each 6ft boom has its own submersible pump system ( 12 volt powered ), with an LED indicating the pump in use.
  • A Boom consists of 5 spray nozzles in "Push-Fit" units spaced by the pipes supplied.
  • The joined Extension Arms support the booms by the evenly spaced pipe clips.
  • NEW! The FREE hand lance can be used in place of one of the spray booms.


  • The unit comes with a single spray boom giving 6ft coverage.
  • The spray booms are easily assembled and fitted to the A.T.V.
  • The Spray Nozzles may easily be removed individually for cleaning using the tool supplied.
  • Application Rates. Since the spray output is constant, variations in rates of application are achieved solely by the speed of the vehicle. ie. Travelling @ 4 mph ~ 14 galls per acre are applied. @ 6 mph ~ 9.5 galls per acre @ 8 mph ~ 7 galls per acre are applied. @10 mph ~ 5.5 galls per acre.

Prior to use, please clean system by removing nozzles, and starting pumps for a few minutes to flush any particles from booms.

This will remove packaging contamination and reduce risk of blockage during use.

When finished refit nozzles, and load system for spraying.
